You receive a detailed quote within 48 hours. No surprises, no hidden costs, no upselling.

Our certified team installs your unit with full surface protection. All cabling concealed, no mess left behind.

Handover & Demo
We walk you through operation, hand over all documentation, and leave your home cleaner than we found it.
FULL TRANSPARENCY
What you'll pay — and why
Unit + standard installation
Base price includes the unit, standard wall mounting, up to 3m refrigerant line, and full commissioning.
Additional line length
€35 per additional metre of refrigerant pipe beyond the standard 3m included in your base price.
Complex installations
Roof access, concealed cabling, or multi-story routing is quoted on-site during your consultation visit.
Transportation
Included within the Utrecht region. Outside Utrecht, transportation is quoted per location at proposal stage.
Disposal of old unit
Removal and certified disposal of an existing unit is available for €75. Simply request this during consultation.
Annual maintenance
Optional yearly service plan from €99/yr. Includes priority scheduling and seasonal filter cleaning.

Payment plan
Spread the cost over 12 or 24 months via our financing partner. 0% interest available on select models. Full details in your personal proposal.
Deposit & invoicing
A 30% deposit confirms your installation date. The balance is due on completion. Your invoice includes full STEK certification for warranty and insurance purposes.

Warranty
All units carry a minimum 5-year manufacturer warranty. Extended warranty up to 7 years available upon registration.
Lead time
Most installations are completed within 1–2 weeks of deposit. Peak season (June–August) may extend to 3 weeks.
Permits & regulations
Outdoor unit placement may require municipal notification in protected areas or listed buildings. We handle all documentation.
Energy label & subsidy
All units carry an A++ or higher energy rating. Select models qualify for ISDE government subsidy. Ask during consultation.
